S&T’s Building Performance Team assists in the delivery of efficient, dry, resilient, and comfortable buildings. We consider many factors, including thermal envelope design, building orientation and window-to-wall ratio, appropriate ventilation, heating systems and mitigation of overheating. We’re passionate about best industry practices and improving on these to drive for more sustainable outcomes.

We also see our role as promoting building performance strategies that are urgently needed in New Zealand to improve our building stock and reduce our environmental impact
