Pip wears two hats at S&T: Architecture Principal and Project Architect, leading with design expertise and a collaborative spirit.
She is known for her ability to connect with clients, consultants, and contractors, and for guiding project teams with clarity and purpose. Pip is especially passionate about projects that make a social impact, from learning environments to housing and urban spaces.
Her design approach is thoughtful and visually refined, always aiming to enrich lives, strengthen communities, and respect the planet. Pip’s work is driven by a deep belief in architecture’s power to improve people’s everyday experiences. Outside the studio, she finds joy in family life and is reconnecting with her early passions for art and sport.
